Main House

Located on a cobblestone alley in the center of town by the university’s iconic steps and observatory is Casa Observatorio, a 2 bedroom/2 bath home that sleeps up to 6 adults.  The property can be used as one unit or separated into two distinct apartments- ‘Casa Principal’ and ‘the Studio’ – each offering private entrances, kitchens, and baths. 

Master Bedroom

Curl up in the cozy bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a little terrace for some added air. Features a double bed, ensuite bath, architectural details like exposed beams, and small terrace for added breeze.

 

 

 

 

 

Living Room

Architectural details in the Sala include exposed beams and a full wall of windows for a stunning panoramic view of the city. It’s a great place to lounge or work. There is a couch, a table, and a murphy bed for additional sleeping space.

Note: Casa Observatorio ascends three floors granting two levels of wide sweeping city views. Stairs are inside

Kitchen & Terrace

The kitchen opens to the terrace making morning coffee and hosting sunset happy hours a breeze. It’s dreamy — being at the height of the birds, listening to the hand-rung church bells as the sun changes the colors of the valley. 

 

 

 

 

The Studio

The studio is a smaller, more economical alternative to the main house.  Guests enjoy the  the same great location, a private entrance, bath, and  kitchenette at the convenience of ground level – so no views. Foldable chairs and tables let you adjust the space for how you eat, study, or chill. It is just what you need for a short-term stay in Guanajuato.
